Well hows this for good customer service!!! I complained about virgin mobile on this site about 2 weeks ago and was promptly called back the same day to find out about my non delivery of my phone! I was promised speedy handling of my query and yet yesterday I was called by virgin and their courier to confirm they would deliver the phone today at my work in cape town! I was told the phone would be delivered between 8 am and 10 am today. at 14h10 after several calls to virgin in jhb, I managed to get hold of the courier in cape town to try and track down my phone. we have since discovered that the phone had never left jhb yesterday as promised!!! this issue has been going on now since the last week of October and still I do not have this phone! I have to say that this is the WORST bunch of people I have ever dealt with in my life! everyone promises to call back yet they never do and whats the use of calling when they eventually do, yet still absolutely NOTHING happens!! I need to swear at someone!!!
