Blackberry 9300. Five times I have sent my phone in and five times i received the same problem back. Now you have promised me a replacement phone... A MONTH AGO!!! Where is it??? It is more than a year now!
To add to my frustration, you sent me the old phone back and then a week later you wanted me to return it??? WTFH?
Do mot send me a 9320. Your franchisee says it is worse. I think the best upgrade to a BB is an old Nokia 9300.
Whoever reads this, Vodacom Customer Care is the worst place to find yourself. Rude, unhelpful, incompetent. Even Telkom starts to outshine your pathetic service.
