I am having endless problems with MTN. It is very difficult to contact them as it takes forever to speak to someone.
The MTN SP contact number (808) is nearly impossible to speak to someone. They don't reply to emails.
I had cancelled my voicemail service, only to find it is still active, I am being charged double for an upgrade fee with no feedback. I received sms's with bill limits I have never set. What is going on? I need to get into contact with someone urgently.
