Eing billed on wrong package

I got a package of R169 which came with samsung tab 3 7.0", galaxy pocket Neo, 75MB and 100 Topup airtime with mtn sometimes last year November, then insured the tab with R63 so all in all I was supposed to be paying R232 but now I am paying R343. When I received my contract with the invoice it said R169 not R280, there is nowhere in the contract that says I must pay R280 neither did the consultant who assisted me mentioned all this to me. Why is it that it was not there on the contract be got fore I sign, Don't I have the rights to know what I was binding my self for? First they told me I dont qualify for R169 deal with 500MB, so how on earth did I make it to R280? I spoke to this other agent and he told me the only way to fix this is to cancel and get billed for it or continue paying something I never sign up for. Now I must suffer because of someone trying to get incentives out of me. Seriously this is not acceptable, please fix this. The tab is giving me enough stress already for it freezes evryday for more than two hours, and switches off automatically every now and then, I can't go extra miles for this tab for it brought nothing but stress.
