Billed 3 times in less than a week

Hi,

I tried to comment on your reply of the port but somehow couldnt.

Thanks the port was completed on the 28th November 2013, but I still have a major problem my bank account has been deducted 3 times since then, 1st on the 25 November with a amount for R169.97 and again on the 27 November for R169.97, note I havent even used the phone, yet money was deducted and then today the 03 December another R123.53 has been deducted. Please advise as to what is going on because I was under the impression that a pro ratio was going to get deducted and I would like one of the R169.97 to be reversed as I wasnt even using the phone then, also advise what the R123.53 is for, I'm really starting to think that I shouldnt have taken a contract out with VODACOM at all and should have gone elsewhere.
