Mtn is pathetic! After calling 808 to get details to pay my account, I called again to see if they received it, my trouble started. Its been 3 weeks now!! Every time I call l get to a different person and I must send proof again!! Now they want a bank statements to proof payment. Think I must advertise the bad service in some news papers I'm definitely canceling ALL my contracts with mtm. And I will definitely not advice ANYBODY to maka use of MTN!!!
