ROBBED BY MTN!!!

My contract was up for renewal and i decided to cancel the contract which was well after the my 2 year window had expired. I faxed through a cancellation letter/form to mtn on the 2nd of October 2013 giving notice to cancel my contract. Everything confirmed. I was even told that I would be charged pro rata for november because of the 30 day notice period. I cancelled a contract from mtn before and my number was converted to prepaid. This time it was cancelled. I emailed a migration form to convert the sim to prepaid. I was contacted by a louise venter saying that they had received insufficient info. I replied stating that I have attached a migration form and what else do you'll need. I did not get a reply. 31 january I see a debit order from mtn for R1329. My word. It is to difficult to call them from a non mtn number. 0831809. the call just cuts. YOu'll are rouges mtn. How can u'll from my account? I emailed this venter guy and dc [Email Removed] on the 3rd of february 2014. No reply!!! Please wake up and stop money from innocent people. I will take this matter up with consumer affairs if you'll do not attend to it asap.
