My contract is at its end. I called last month to give notice to cancel and was told to fill in a form to change it to prepaid upon expiry. Now I received a bill of R1674 as you have charged me for a migration fee. I was never advised of this fee. My contract should have been cancelled. I want to listen to those voice recordings when I called to cancel. I will take you to task for this fee that I did not agree to and was not advised off. I want my contract cancelled immediately. My 24 months is reached and I want no further dealings. Your call centre has put me hold for ages and there is no email address for me to send this complaint to!
