In 3 weeks I have had to send my phone in twice for the same problem. I have now got a phone bill over R500 because I have had to use data and incur call charges that I would not have had to with my broken phone. I left the phone for the second time in two weeks at the Grove Mall Nashua. After a week of being there they had still not sent it off for repairs: it was just sitting in the shop. On top of that all, after inconveniencing me and treating my business as if it was worth nothing the call centre and customer service people said there is nothing that they can do to assist me to get my phone back quicker even though the problems where caused by Nashua. All I want to do is cancel my contract with them... they are as bad as any of the service provided by the big services providers.
