My contract expired on the 6th of June, and we wished to cancel the contract and be migrated to prepaid. Although we gave the mandatory 1 months notice early May, we were told that the contract could only be migrated/cancelled on the 28 of June. Come 28 June no contract cancellation and no prepaid migration has happened.
I am a very unhappy autopage customer that after doing all that is requered to cancel a contract, no action has been taken to cancel the contract and migrate me to a preferred priceplan.
