I want answers!!!
I refer to my complaint at 19:33 Tue 21 Jan (on Hellopeter)
My issue to date has not been resolved.
I have called Vodacom every day and No one can give me answers, my issue was raised with them on the 30th December 2013
What is Vodacoms turnaround time to get back to customers??
They are incapable of customer support and service
This is sad and pathetic! I'm appalled by Vodacom inefficient service! You deducted R 26 000 of my money that is not owed by myself!
