Unfair billing to my monthly account

I have spoken to Verda from the Vodacom call centre to reinstate my service after paying the amount. She advised that I am still liable for another R264.00 but last week another consultant advised me that my total amount that I need to pay is R221.05 plus R263.49 which adds up to R484.54 for my service to be re instated. I have made arrangements with him to make payment for that amount today, which is the 4th of February 2014. I have made a payment of R585.00 which showed on my invoice and statements. I am running a business and cannot work like this as I am loosing business and customers. Vodacom is just adding to a persons account without our knowledge. I was contacted a few months ago by one of the sales consultants asking me if I would like to move my account to the per second billing, I agreed but he did not advise that it would be charges and extra payments to the account which to me is unfair because I was always paying the account. So it took my monthly account from R198.00 to R263.49 which I am not happy about because this is where the mess started in any case. I asked Verda today to speak to a Manager or supervisor and she just said that they are not available.
