Its been a little over a year since my last report and to date the issue has still not been resolved, as a result, Vodacom has now listed my husband on ITC, with a bill of over R14 000 now.. its sad that Vodacom gives such terrible servicing and convinces their customers that they done what they were supposed to and will never take the blame for their pathetic servicing., last response from Vodacom :
Khulu gave feedback to Mr Lottering Directly.. but the issue is still not resolved and the account is over R14 000 owing now. so sad. Vodacom Buck up.
