It's been more than a week since I first logged my Vodacom complaint (https:///vodacom/complaints/scammedbreach-of-contractincompetent-staff-1282098) on the Hellopeter website.
Although the supplier was able to respond, making all appear fine and dealt with, I never received any customer feedback email from Hellopeter so as to evaluate Vodacoms response.
As a result, my issue with Vodacom continues to remain unresolved?
