I am a vodacom user for both data and voice.
I have around 5 vodacom account with Nashua Mobile.
Case no 1: I cannot connect to 4G and 3G
My connection to 3G and 4G is not working, I get disconnected ever few minutes, sometime with 5 minutes, I can be disconnecte 10 times.
I called the call centre a couple of times and no one resolved my issue, they all tell me that they
can't do more than log the issue. I did not get feedback from vodacom regarding my connection issues.
One of the agent asked me to re-install the vodacom application and I did and its still not working.
Even when I restart my computer, it does not work.
I went to Vodaworl image for support, they tested and realised the problem but could not help me.
I am constantly inconviniece when I have to work and vodacom is giving me the we don't care attitude.
Please assist me here.
