I had some irregular billings on my phone account. I suspected it was. Outside people can have your MTN account debited. did not respond so I engaged the assistance of who also were unable to get any response. The call centre stopped the debiting but 5 months at aprox R 190 per month extra was debited and asked for that to be refunded. Can't wait for my contract to expire so I can go to a company that is prepared to give me service and respond
