No Concrete Information Regarding Phone Repai

I took in my HTC One X to Fourways Mall MTN to submit for warranty repair. The screen stopped responding to touch in certain areas and the volume down rocker no longer worked. Phone submitted 15th Jan 2014. Phone apparently arrived at repair centre 21/Jan/2014. So far I have not had any information about the state of my phone's repair.

29/01/14 - 09:49 - Dudu - Escalated - Still waiting for feedback from repair centre
29/01/14 - 14:47 - Ntombi - Still no feedback from repair centre
31/01/14 - 15:17 - Ntombi - Escalated to channel support
03/02/14 - 11:18 - Garrieb (not 100%) - Phone still awaiting feedback. Requested manager call me. I have not received a call.
04/02/14 - 15:01 - Gugu - Apparently currently work in progress. Escalated again.

Please provide me with information on the state of repair on my phone as I require the phone for daily business operations. I also find it impossible to believe that no-one can give me proper information?
