I sent my phone in for repair in the first week in September and I haven't had any feedback since the phone went in for repair. I know that Vodacom has a two week repair time period (I gave them an extra week before I started to worry), but I still didn't get any feedback. I only got feedback after I phone the branch and then they said I must phone the repair agent and then they said I must phone the repair call centre, which still didn't help me. It seems that nobody can give me a reason why I wasn't contacted. I still don't know when I will get my phone back.
