Lost data bundles... AGAIN!

Last week i bought the 2 1 data bundles promo. During the day I only used 49MB and after 11pm I used most of my data as I was transferring my files to Dropbox. In the morning when I woke up, my night surfer bundles were untouched and I was only left with 600MB of the daytime bundles.

This is unacceptable because it is the 2nd time by bundles are allocated incorrectly by telkom mobile.
