Mr. Melim sent in his phone at MTN Century City on 14th April 2013, he phoned a couple of days later to MTN to find out how far they are with his phone, it was not at the repair centre. He then contact them a couple of day later to find the phone was still not sent to the repair centre. It is now two weeks afte he was promised that his phone would be sent to the repair centre asap, and still nothing. Today is the 25th April as still the phone is not at the repair centre. This is absolutely bad service. Is MTN eventually going to send the phone in for repairs?
