Dont take a contract with Autopage!

A word of advice to people wanting to take out a contract: Dont go through Autopage, rather go directly through your network provider to avoid unnecessary issues like this:
I had ported my number onto a contract from Autopage to Cell C from Vodacom. Before my contract ended (28 Oct 2013) I told a woman at Autopage Ballito that i would have my sim card change to a prepaid one. At the end of October, when the contract ended, my sim stopped working and I lost my number. I have been in contact with customer services and to this day my sim card is still not working. On the 7th of November i was told i needed to get a sim card from Autopage to have my old number, which I had to pay a fee of R120 only to find out this sim card still does not work. Apparently the fee was to change my sim from prepaid to contract but take into account that no fee was paid to change it from prepaid to contract. On 8th of November I contacted Autopage Ballito to be told that my sim will be activated within 24 hours. On a visit to Autopage Pavillion, I was told that my contract is only ending on the 13th of November and my contract was still pending. Its been over 10-14 days and i still dont have my numbe
