POOR SERVICE AT MTN

I registered for a contract phone in one of the MTN outlets in Pretoria CBD (Standard Bank Centre), i was told that after 4 working i would be called. After 7 working days, i called the MTN call centre and i was told that i was approaved so i went to the shop and waited for more than 45 min to be told that the system is offline. i went back the following day and was told to identify the person who helped me 8 days ago and i couldnt as it has been long. after 30 min this rude girl comes and tells me that i have to reapply as my contract dissapeared, i did that and then she tells me i have to wait another 24 to 48 hours to get the phone (imagine that). so i cancelled my contract, went online, registeres and in less than 28 hours i had my phone
