I am an Autopage client. My contact has been with them for /- 7 years.
My number is a Cell C number.
From Friday 14th June until todate, I have not had any BIS service.
I contacted Autopage on Friday and the re-instated my BIS, but it did not work.
I have been on the phone with Autopage every day regarding this. I was told there was a problem on the server, etc. I have been told one story after the other.
Eventually today, I am told Cell C had cancelled my service! it is 7 days of no service which is been paid for!!!
Autopage has lodge a request for me to be re-instated, which takes 24 hours... 9 days of no service!!!
I have not been offered an explanation as to who authorsied Cell C to cancel my BIS, or why CellC decided to cancel my BIS.
I want to know how this happened and why? and who is going to compensate me for the loss of the usage?
