We have not received our account billing for the month. As a result we have unable to pay for our account. Telkom have cut our line as a result which is BS, because we have not received a bill. Are we meant to pay a random figure? This is ridiculous!! Furthermore upon contact with the call centres they are rude, telling us that they have sent the bill. So tell me if I'm complaining here, don't you think that I want to pay the bill so that we can have an active line. There is no way that we are going to pay for a re-connection fee.
