Vodacom taking no responsibility for their mistake

I went to the Vodacom store in Fourways just before the Ester Holidays (Wednesday) to get a nano twin sim (I had a iPhone 4 & was given an iPhone 5). The person that helped me named Herold told me that the sim will be activated in 24 hours. I waited & by Saturday there was still no Activation, I then removed the sim from my phone & as I was about to put it back the phone dropped & smashed the front screen. I contacted the Vodacom store on Tuesday & said that Herold is not working there anymore & they will activate it, cause Herold never did his job. (again having to wait 24 hours) I also contacted Cellsure, where the phone is insured, they told me that it is not insured because the sim in it was never activated. I then spoke to the (store manager) Allister Buys & he was of no help, full of empty promises, I had no luck with feedback. I eventually contacted Alex Maseko (GM) and he too did not get back to me once, I had to phone him for feedback. During my last conversation with him he told me that he cant do anything for me & that the store is taking no responsibility, it will be best if I place the whole story on Hello Peter to get the attention of the Big bosses. So lets see!!!
