I've upgraded to a blackberry on Friday the 3rd of May. I was told at the store that the blackberry service BIS was included in the contract and that I would not need to buy it. All was good, so I wanted to set up my blackberry id and it wouldn't because I'm off-line. So I waited 24hrs and still could not set up the ID, so I phoned the call centre Saturday and they told me that the upgrade has been processed now and from now I should wait 24hrs for it to be activated. So now it's Sunday and still nothing. So I phoned the call centre again and now they tell me that the BIS will only be active from the 1st of September. What is the use for the blackberry then if I can't use the BIS until then. The call centre said I should go back to the store and ask for a contract degration or something. Could they not have told me this when I was at the store on Friday. Very poor service.
