I recently took out a new contract with Mtn... the sales consultant helped me with everything and advised me I will get an sms to fetch my phone, few days later no sms was received I went to the store only to find out my application was not submitted... then wen I could finally get the phone... the contract wasnt on mtn top up... bt on a Mtn open line... wen I heard this I immediatley told them that this is nt wat I want... they told me that in order to change it 2 a top up line... I will be billed... after all dis I finally get home and wanna use my phone only to find out the phone has been rica barred... the process around all of this took like 3 days and still wasn't resolved... as I had 2 sort the issue out myself as I was getting highly frustrated..once the once was finally ok... I checked my balance to find out I dnt get the data I was promised... so ryt now u cn feel my frustration... so to with Mtn I'm taking dis bk!
