Terrible Service Yet Again!

I went in for an upgrade of my phone contract at Cell C Lakeside Mall on the 06/04/2013, phone was upgraded and sim swap was apparently done as well, I paid my R150 for my admin fee and sim swap and walked out excited to have a new iphone. I get home and activate the phone, NO SERVICE signal, I think that this should be about 24 hours mumbo jumbo, so i leave it, the next day the entire day nothing, I call 140 and get pushed from pillar to post only to be told that they cannot help me as it is Sunday, I must call back on Monday, I do call back Monday and get shoved around once again, they now tell me to go to my nearest store, I go to Rosebank Mall and they then tell me I need to go back to the store that did the upgrade and they need to redo the upgrade, I then leave work early and go back to Lakeside mall, they then keep me there for an hour only to tell me that they cannot help me, BTW the manager there is very rude and abrupt and has no customer service etiquette. They then tell me to wait another 48 hours to have my nano sim activated In total I am now waiting over 72 hours for a sim swap to activate and nobody can help me!!!
