The "8ta subscriber terms and conditions" state that I can elevate a matter to icasa if it is not resolved.
My Telkom Mobile issue is not being resolved so I tried to do what I'm supposed to do and that is to elevate the matter via icasa but I'm unable to register the complaint for the following reasons:
1. Using the email method my emails get send back.
2. Using the Internet I had to register and after doing it and submitting the report the site rejected it stating I have insufficient rights and need to contact icasa.
3. So I phoned and nobody answers the phone.
So to fix bad service I have to rely on even worse service?!
