Poor Service received from call centre and sales

I have had nothing but problems with Virgin's service since I signed up for a contact phone in October last year. I signed up for a blackberry contract which was advertised at the time for R199.00 pm including 100 sms's, blackberry internet service and airtime. I accepted the R200.00 once off connection fee which is standard across all networks. I have been overcharged every month since signing up and when I enquired about the difference between what I signed up for and what they are debiting from my account monthly, I was told that the additional R153.00 is for their Blackberry Internet Service and Administration of the once off connection fee. which was paid in full on the first debit order! then when I try and call the call centre, I spend the balance of my Cell C airtime only for the line to be dropped before I can get any clear answer! This is atrocious service and I cannot see how ICASA can allow this network to charge almost double what all the other networks are charging for a standard Blackberry bundle. I expect this matter to be resolved. In addition to this posting I intend to send a complaint to ICASA and the consumer commission as I have rights.
