Tired of the blame been shifted

I looged a complaint againts MTN to ICASA. I got the feedback from MTN and I responded to Portia stating that I was not happy with the feedback that was during February and I did not get any reply. I waited more than a week and called them to find out what was going on, I was told she was on leave and they will forward the matter to her manager. I've been calling them over and over again and I still get the same responce. It has been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for the responce nothing.
