I reported SAPO to them after getting no joy when my international parcel was.
Now these guys are ignoring all my e-mails. Who can i contact if ICASA who is the watchdogs of SAPO does not do their duty. This just tells me consumers have no help when it comes to SAPO .ICASA is failing as a regulating organisation and ignoring consumer e-mails is just part of why people immigrate from this country.
ICASA is failing maybe a letter to the minister of post and telecommunication will spark some life into these under achievrs.
