I have had enough of CellC's bad network issues. This relates to dropped calls and data connection. I have made several calls and logged a Few complaints on Hello Peter. I have also started posting my speedtest results on you Facebook page. This after it was confirmed by 2 of your employees that there indeed is a network problem and that it has been ongoing for 2 months, but they can not give me a ETA on getting it fixed

Next step is to take this to ICASA, as per ICASA's instructions below point 2.2, I am demanding to speak to a senior person

How do I lodge such a complaint with ICASA?
2.1
Consumers must lodge their complaints firstly with the Service Provider with whom they have transacted with, before forwarding the matter to ICASA.
2.2
Should a consumer not get his/her complaint resolved by the Customer Care Representative of the Service Provider, he/she must demand that the complaint be handled by the Supervisor of the Customer Care Representative.
