During the month of December an amount of up to R13 000 was deducted from my bank via debit order for internet usage on my MTN account. I queried this as I did not agree with them. I removed the sim card and it was not used again. In the meanwhile I cancelled the contract and received e-mail communication that it was transferred to a pre-paid account. On the 1st of Feb '14 an amount of R5523.36 was again deducted irrespective of the fact that this was changed to a pre-paid account. I would like to have this matter investigated. Thanks
