Two and a half weeks to get through to the service centre on provided number. Decided to drive there from pta just to get an attitude from the staff telling me that theres nothing they can do after they have told me that the phone will be ready fir collection on Thursday. They explained that I cannot just drop in and expect the phone to be there they will contact me... Well this took another week and still no news if my phone is repaired or not. Finally got hold of them after spending over R300 in Vodacom airtime!!! Redicilous think Vodacom is the better option and Def better service
