Hi there, i recently took a contract with nashua mobile, I discovered that the simcard was not activated, so i let Lucinda know about the matter, ever since for the 6days i remind her, nothing happen, then the phone start switching of, don't want 2 charge, so i took it back on the 6day, the person that book the phone in, check it, know damage, so it was sent for check up, after weeks i was Sm's that my phone was ready for collection, i hear my phone was repaired, i ask the lady what happen with the seven days in box guarantee, thy told me about the scratches on the screen, but we check the phone before we box it and there where know scratches, they refuse to give a new phone, they repair my one, then i left the phone at the shop, I have ask for a new phone, they refuse too gave a new one, then i ask too cancel the contract, but they refuse, I just want to know what i do
