I Received a call from VODACOM offering me an upgrade which I agreed to and received my handset about 3days later from RAM COURIER SERVICES. I was not satisfied with the handset and called VODACOM immediately. I was told that its no problem and the handset will be picked up within 5 to 7 days. On the 7th day the handset was still not picked up, so I called VODACOM again and was then told it takes 7 to 11 days so I waited a few more days. I called VODACOM AGAIN on the 11th day n was then told that RAM COURIER was informed that the handset needed to be picked up and there is nothing else they can do. I received this handset on the 24th of AUGUST! it is now the 27th of SEPTEMBER and it still HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP. I called VODACOM countless times aswel as taken the handset to VODACOM CUSTOMER GATEWAY and spoke to a consultant by the name of HAVASHNIE or something who wasted 20mins of my time to then tell me there is nothing she can do and refuse to take back the handset. she then told me that she will follow up and call me. 5days has passed and I still haven't received her call. WHAT DO I DO?? and please note that Vodacom is billing me for this handset which I do not want.
