We paid my husbands MTN account on the 28th of January 2014. This morning he got a sms to say the account has been disconnected!!!
How is this possible!???
We have been trying to get hold of MTN since 08:05 this morning... only now we got a agent, very unhelpful, claiming this account has not been paid.
I have the PROOF OF PAYMENT showing it was paid 28 January 2014...
Please can your regional manager get in contact with us... I am sorry but I will NOT stand for this!
