Im realising ive made the worst mistake ever by getting another contract with cell c. there is not even one complaint ive made that has been solved to my satisfaction for about 3 months now.
firstly I was told about the phone was not network dependent but manufacture dependent. yet they failed to respond when I told them if it was manufacture dependent why was I told about the S4. shouldn't it be the across all Samsung phone that you never told about the manufacture obligations.
secondly ive been complaining about my billing ever since ive had the phone. every time I download im charged more and they only called to credit me for November what about the other months. January is the first month where my billing has been according to 99 per minute.
thirdly ive cancelled voicemail so many times via email and their call centre but still im getting voice messages.
funny enough they will call me because ive reported but still they wouldn't be able to solve my issues. so rather not waste my time
