Always Delays with Telkom

Good Day

I applied for our company additional 2 Telkom lines on 6 January 2014. (Company: Hazel Hues Trading, Reg: 2011/006668/07). I called on 22 January 2014 spoke to Stembiso he said lines will be installed on 27 January 2014. today is 3 February 2014, I called Telkom 3 time, spoke to Lucy, Evelyn who said she is a manage and put me on hold and never came back. spoke to Racheal who said our lines are now only booked for installation on 21 February 2014, which is totally absurd. our store is a new store, Telkom promised to deliver within 16 days and we only hear excuses from them. line order numbers are: 91700593/31, 91702955/31. I have to call Telkom and follow up and each time its a new excuse. our store is a family entertainment centre, its opened rom 9am to after 10pm daily, and its in a mall, today Telkom claims the technician went out to install on 16 January 2014 but he had no excess to the building. its a Mall, our store is opened every day. we need these lines to be installed asap. contact details: Tamara 031 5792737.
