POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Good day,
I had an issue last week Wednesday (22 January 2014) where my home telephone stopped working. I reported it on the same day. Reference Number:429CRK220114. I have since called on a DAILY basis to find out about the status of this call. Each day was the same story "We apologise for the inconvenience, we have logged this call. our technician will be looking at it". And so the story goes. Yesterday (27 January 2014) I spoke to Tsidiso who was extremely rude, who said that Telkom has a turn around time of 4 working days, which I accept. but this morning I called and the consultant said they would only sort it out by the 7th of February 2014.
I find this totally unacceptable and unfair. since we only have TELKOM as a supplier we have to just swallow and accept their poor service standards. I sincerely hope that this complaint does not fall upon DEAF EARS and something can be done about this.
