I applied on the 2nd January 2014 for ADSL lines to be installed at my business premises - one in Pietermaritzburg and one in Durban. It is now the 31st January and I have made countless calls to enquire as to when it will be installed. I get told everytime it has been escalated! My business is now one month behind its opening date and still no commitment from Telkom as to when I can expect the ADSL installed.
I was asked to pay a R700 deposit per line which was done on the 3rd January... and yet nothing was done from Telkom's side. How disgraceful.
How is it possible that the CEO of Telkom is nominated as one of SA's most influential people with service delivery at this level.
