Waiting 10 weeks for them to install my ADSL line

I took out the R 399 per month contract with Telkom in November 2013. I was assured my line would be installed within 7 working days. A technician only came out 2 weeks later was here for 5 minutes and then said the lines had to be repaired so he couldnt help me. I was told instore that a technician would only come out once telkom had verified the lines in the area so again I was to. I heard nothing until the 19 of December 2013 after 2 phone calls to complain that a month had gone by and I still didnt have my line installed. They assured me a technician would come the 20 December 2013 as the lines had been repaired. So I waited for a technician on the 20th and at 12pm I received a phone call from the technician to say he would not be coming through as they were switching the ADSL lines in Lyttelton but someone would be by in 2 days. Well it is not the 15 January 2014 and I am still waiting for someone to come install my phone and ADSL. I have phoned the complaints department and went into the store again and I was told they were still repairing the lines. I really need my phone and ADSL lines installed and I really don't know when this will happen!!!
