I reported a fault on my adsl line on the 24th of January 2014 and to this day no one can give me clarity on what the actual problem is. I have been put through to agent after agent and the fault is still not fixed every time I call they tell that the fault is being seen to. Their service is disgusting they act very fast when payment is not made. I am disgusted in them.
