I have ordered an new line to be installed with ADSL on the 31 January 2014 on purchase the consultants have said order will be delivered in 7 working days so I have followed up on this today the 5 Febuary 2014 and when I spoke to a consultant the have followed up and said my order will be delivered on the 5 March 2014 which is now 1 month and 1 week for my order. My complex already has ADSL boxes and Lines I just need them to come and connect this is a very unappropriate service for a NEW CUSTOMER I have a business at home and need a telephone URGENTLY. The Service from Telkom will never change it is really pathetic and unprofessional of them can for once TELKOM satisfy their CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!
