I've been an 8ta/telkom mobile customer for the past 2 years, never really having any problem thats is until recently.

I'm an old internet 5 promo customer. I was contacted at the end of last year as my contract was about to expire. I normally paid R299 as i had the night surfer activated as well.
The customer agent told me if i were to renew my contract for another 24 months i'd only have to pay R199 pm thats for the normal recurring data as well as the night surfer. This was suppose to have happened in Dec all ready. To Date debit orders of R299 is still going off my account. I've given up on trying to contact the call centre as the stuff just cant seem to get it right as the debit order going off my account is still incorrect.
