Cell C = No coverage & Major frustrations

Migrated to Cell Contract - Took 2.5 months to finalize the red tape, had to resubmit FICA docs, ID & Payslips x3 times after they lost it. Received Samsung S4 Mini, phone, battery was broken and phone was loaded with old software. Zero phone coverage, reported problem, no solution. Store even admitted that migrating causes major problems with connection errors, but never informed me beforehand of the problems that could arise. Store simply state that the contract was signed and that they no longer have any service obligation. Package was acitivated as a top-up incorrectly by the Cell C respresentative. Means that if the minutes/sms'e is exceed, the contract can't be used until a package is bought, loaded and activated. Can't remove top-up and have to wait 24 months for the contract to expire before it can be changed.
