I AM SO FED UP WITH CELL C

Cell C Accounts department is at it again. Every month I have the same conversation with them. I owe them money which I have paid. I'm told my account is overpaid then I owe them a payment from a month ago. EVERY MONTH I HAVE THE SAME CONVERSATION WITH THEM!!! I make a payment, I fax the proof, I e-mail the proof, but my phone is off. So I spend 2 to 3 days trying to sort out with the them the fact that I paid my account. I dont get to use my phone for a full month because part of the month I am fighting with them. I am at my wits end and sooo frustrated. Cell C is actually draining my energy. I cant wait for my contracts to come to an end. I've been a Cell C contract holder for about 10 years and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I will never, ever recommend Cell C to anyone.
