VERY BAD SERVICE IN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I have a contract with Vodacom for two years of which the amount is deducted mo via my credit card through debit order. For the last two months I keep on getting SMS's and phone calls from Vodacom telling me that I am in arrears with my account. Notification on my phone every time the money goes off are reflecting on my cell phone. I even went to the bank for a statement which shows that the money went off on a monthly basis.

Two weeks ago I had the same problem and I phoned them holding on for about half an hour for the one at the other side to investigate with the accounts department. He assured me that the problem was with them and that it has been rectified and that the problem was at their accounts department. An amount of R379 was then deducted from my account.

Today I got another phone call from a person at Vodacom accusing me of my account being in arrears and that my phone will be disconnected.

I think this is very bad service and find their annoying SMS's and phone calls accusing me of being arrears unacceptable.
