CELL C IS USELESS

Yesterday I realised that my phone is not working. I phoned cell c, and only after the 2nd attempt to change settings on the phone did someone tell me that my line was suspended!!! My usage was to high so they phoned me ONCE and when I did not answer the call they just suspended my line!!! I was sitting at home at that time with a child with a fever of 39 and could not phone a doctor or anything. Cell C informed me that I should pay 50% of the account and then it will be activated after 48hours!!! So I was supposed to pay 50% with NO proof!!! After numerous attempts I managed to speak to a supervisor, she informed the accounts department that I needed my phoine urgently and requested them to phone me. It is now more than 16 hours later, with NO phone call!! When i realised they were not going to phone and phoned back for the supervisor. She was in a meeting and would call me back. Guess what? She never did!!! Strange thing is when I put an update on facebook about this ALL of my friends that has cell c contracts commented that cell c is useless!!! I am currently busy writing a letter for the Beeld as well. How do you suspend a contract after ONE phone call end no permission??
